My name is Bryce. I have been with Serra since 2018. I love the job and love the people. Buying a vehicle should be fun and exciting. It's my goal that all of my customers leave happy and completely satisfied. I measure myself against the overall experience of my customers. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two awesome kiddos.

Bryce at Serra Nissan of Traverse City was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—not one of those pushy salespeople who makes you feel like you need to fake a phone call and escape the dealership. 😂 No pressure, no awkward sales tactics, no hovering while we tried to think. Just a genuinely nice guy who answered our questions, made the process easy, and treated us like actual humans instead of walking credit application. He made the whole experience way less painful than car shopping has any right to be. So we bought 2 cars from him! 10/10. Would absolutely buy from him again… but Bryce, please give our bank account a little time to recover first. 😂

It was great. The vehicle I was to look at was sold. But Bryce found one that had many new repairs. Basically a new/used car at 13 years old. I wouldn't have known that without Bryces help and the car fax report. The car was what I needed and proved to be a great buy. Thanks again, Bryce.

Bryce is the guy. Straight shooter, will sell you what you want — but he’s in it to make sure you’re doing you, not what he thinks you should do. Has done wonders for friends of mine and for me. My most recent car purchase was through Bryce and I love my car & my car salesman. Big recommend.
